訂了房後還擔心入住的麻煩。因為網上説這裡的停車場很大，很難找到進去房間的入口位置。實際上，我入住前幾天就在WhatsApp跟客服溝通。這客服真的很棒。給的資訊充足，我很短時間就掌握了房間的B樓層位置以及領取房卡的位置和方法。還有停車場的入口處和停車後去房間B樓層的位置。我們是在半夜一點多才到。整個入住都很順利。客服還跟進的很貼心要我進了房子後發訊息確定我們順利到達。房間面臨海峽；景色宜人；對岸就是新加坡；輕快鐵的軌道明晰可見。房間寬敞明亮舒適；廚房基本設備齊全。我們是去毗鄰的劇院，從停車場四樓有通道直通歌劇院，非常方便。我駕比亞迪海豚，B棟樓還有四個充電樁，非常方便。

This is my first time staying at this place.It is very near to the customs which made it easy to locate.Check in instructions was simple to understand.We got a complimentary upgrade which was so nice.The amenities are well maintained.The rooms are so spacious and the air con was so cold and nice.The view was amazing!!Parking was easy too.On the 8th floor,you can walk over to the mall.Got my nails done there.Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I’ll definitely come back again with my family.I’m missing my staycay already.Thank you to everyone who made it a wonderful 訂房網站!

第一次入住的樓房是靠近最中間的樓王，三室一廳的，一進門，簡直賓至如歸的感覺，本來預訂了一晚的房間，剛進門我朋友直接説繼續續住一晚，可惜房間很快預訂滿了，所以衹能換去隔壁套房。在套房在陽台可以看海，看夜景，直接看到樓下的遊艇，樓層非常高，景觀特別好，房間環境舒適。由於套房在小區裡面，來入住的時候沒有提前策劃，所以打車也不容易找到，聯繫工作人員，他們非常熱情的去了樓下接待我們，直到帶我們順利入住。入住一晚退房有點可惜，下次我會再來！

已經多次入住，服務態度很好，換房間還提供行禮轉房服務，這一點很貼心。有海景房和園景房型可供選擇，建議可以嘗試海景房 B1-3 那幢樓，對面就是新加坡，樓下面是內海。

Apartment looks fairly new &.well-equipped.. Host was quite responsive & helpful. Noted R&F is quite a big development with a mall & it is located very close to CIQ. Our 3 Bedroom apartment faces the pool & is seafacing too. Only stayed1 night, thus didn't manage to use any of the facilities.. Everything was good except for the R&F mall, which was a bit of a letdown as it was only half leased & was also surprised that 3 Bedroom apartment only had 1 toilet.

First time staying at this homestay and the whole family enjoyed it. Definitely will come back again. Room is spacious. Amenities are also sufficient for the whole family. Towels are provided. The kids do enjoy the balcony that is overlooking the sea. It’s great waking up to the sun shining in. Admin also responded timely and checked if we already checked in as we requested a late check in. We did not have the time to explore the swimming pool. But definitely will try next time. It’s our first time here as a family, and we absolutely loved our stay at R&F Princess Cove with a stunning sea view. Everything from the facilities to the service and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was such a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Definitely recommended, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

性價比比周邊酒店高不少，酒店對面就是去新加坡的柔佛口岸。中國普通護照這個口岸不免簽（免簽衹適合樟宜機場入境）。周邊便利店、餐館很多，但大部分當地口味。好在老街也不遠，很多mall在附近選擇很多。房間乾淨整潔、但延遲退房會被要求30馬幣一小時。房間裡的東西不要弄壞，收費很高。

入住體驗非常好,我們真是親子游中的代表，湊齊了一家老少，都很喜歡住在這裡，更想住在自己家裡很方便，樓下有個超大泳池，酒店房間很乾凈很大，重點是酒店的工作人員很熱情，服務很專業，我們要過海關到新加坡，走路到官卡10分鐘，方便快捷，總之體驗感不錯

Location is about 10-15 mins walk via the elevated walkway. Place was clean, and solemn. It has a balcony with overlooking sea view. Instructions and support are all done via whatapp; response time is fast and customer service is great! Thank you miss Quan and team, hope to stay again next time!

Apartment looks fairly new &.well-equipped.. Host was quite responsive & helpful. Noted R&F is quite a big development with a mall & it is located very close to CIQ.
